KICKOFF MEETING
We carefully map out the project schedule, critical path items, manpower loading, setup, material scheduling and staging.
SUBMITTAL REVIEW
We review the plan to ensure that it is providing all materials as designed. We verify all detail such as; voltages of lighting fixtures, gear, product application, mounting requirements, lead times, quantities of all components and release dates of all components.
MAINTENANCE OF RECORDS
Once rough-in installation has begun, we record with a set of drawings identifying all major conduit runs. Drawings are reviewed and confirmed at each phase of construction. As raceways are complete, we pull strings through each one verifying a clear path. Prior to energizing, we perform a circuit integrity test on each cable.
FINAL INSPECTION
As finish occurs, Peerless Electric devices & trims all items in a given room. A designated person is responsible to walk each room, after completion, to verify that all available work has been completed. At this time, notes are taken on any outstanding items while maintaining a punch list log that will be signed off as items are completed.
CLIENT KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER
Upon project completion, training is provided on all system components. This training is recorded on video & turned over to the client along will all operation & maintenance manuals.
FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION
1 Year after the project is completed we perform a final walk through to address any warranty items that may require attention.
